After reducing the options down to two logos, I have asked
few people what they think about them, what are their impressions and about the
logos readability. There is not a clear winner. The second one seems to be a
little bit easier to read for some. The first one seems to catch more attention
though. Some people thought of some religious component when seeing the first
versions of the logo as they saw crosses within the letters but that is solved
with the latest versions.
Words used to describe the first logo: dynamic,
professional, related to women, solid, organized.
Words used to describe the second logo: young, informal,
modern, abstract, energetic.
I decided to work with the first logo as it serves better to
my purpose of creating a solid professional image for Object that will help
them break with the extended idea that feminist groups are a bunch of
hysterics.
